First of all, this was my first encounter with transport companies. I chose Car Shipper USA becoause of the five star rating of reviews, their price and speaking to Glenn. Payment was as quoted, no games, no up front fees or surprises...and we will have Car Shipper USA handle our future transport needs. So here is what we experienced... We thought we would have to wait several days, possibly a week or more for a pick up. We were surprised when only 24 hours passed and we received the call..."we have a drive ready to go!" Late Friday evening we delivered our car to SWAD AUTO Transportaion and driver Kenny met us. He was very professional, throughly explained his route and expected delivery day...the one thing Kenny did not know was a snow and ice storm would meet him just as he drove outside of Florida and followed him all the way up the coast to Rhode Island. He kept us posted almost daily...now that is service! The car arrived in good order and we most appreciated the experience.
