I hate reviewing places/food/hotels and etc. However, sometimes it is necessary to help people decide. I had a bad experience shipping my truck across four years ago and was dreading it again going back across the US. The first company had hidden fees, "sweetening the pot" add on money to the driver and it was damaged on the fender coming out and was two weeks late. That was my first experience NOT this company, just wanted to give a little backstory of what can happen. After reading various reviews I decided on carshipperusa and here are my reasons. First, Glen gave me his number and was available all the time. If he wasn't it was his mom who was also super to deal with. They are very up front with the fees and what to expect and it is easy to book with them. I actually contacted them because my truck was ready to transport earlier and they made that happen. Also, they were $500 less at least from other quotes with not even 1/2 the stars that carshipperusa has. Once my truck was picked up Alex and I went over my trucks dings and scratches, and I got his number as he drove across country too. The transport truck was huge and newer with sturdy trusses and was an open transport. Alex dropped it off to my parents in AZ since I wasn't there yet and it was seamless. Bravo carshipperusa, should I have to use a transport again I wouldn't hesitate to use them and I have already recommended them to a friend and they have booked through them also!
