I had originally posted my shipment with another company (Ship a car direct) and received horrendous service. After many automated messages, unanswered phone calls, delays, and even attempts to raise an already high quote price two days before my last possible ship date, I got nervous as they had not even given me a pickup date. It was time to ditch Ship a car direct.

I called Car shipper usa and spoke to Glen and Evelyn who were both extremely cordial, knowledgeable, and honest. I could have gotten a lower price from them, but my window for transport was only 2-3 days and I was giving them almost no advanced notice. They offered to help me with the same price as my prior company's quote. I got confirmation of pickup and delivery time that same day! Car Shipper USA definitely came through for me. They may be a smaller company, but they definitely have bigger hearts, better competence, and certainly very efficient and reliable service. Thanks!
