Needed the car to go from Los Altos to DC. Made one inquiry on the internet, got close to 20 emails, and as many phone calls. Some emails try to scare you and overall I started with a terrible mistrust of the whole industry, expecting that I would have a hellish experience. After screening all emails, and reading the reviews, I called Glen. What a pleasant experience; everything went as promised, smoothly and flawlessly.The rate was the cheapest too. I definitely recommend this company to anyone without hesitation. Thanks Glen you are a good man.
