I had numerous companies to choose from and I had the most comfort from the beginning with Glenn. He was very supportive of my concerns and told me to let him try and get the car scheduled for pickup. There was no upfront payment until it was scheduled for pickup the next day. I was contacted by the truck dispatcher and then the driver contacted me. I felt better with each contact. The driver arrived on the morning of Thanksgiving, and other than losing my front license plate somewhere in Nebraska,(the driver called me in Nebraska and said it was very windy. The front bolts holding the plates were rusted and they just snapped...also, my car was on the top of the transporter) I was extremely relieved with how it all went. The driver stayed in contact with me and my friend met him at a mall without problems...I did need to file a police report about the lost plates and get new plates before I left for Colorado- I did not want to drive out to CO this time and having the car moved, was the way to go. I'll recommend you and already have! This is a complex business and working with a broker like Glenn is worth the additional fee.
