I contacted this company on 6/6/2007 up on receiving an email from them. They promised that the car will be picked up on june 17. And the day came no one showed up or no call waited 2 more days. tried to call them multiple time. answering machine comes up to leave message.Finally searched the internet found their original phone number and asked to speak to Anthony Nunez, the GM. He told me that he cannot tell me when the vehicle is going to be picked up and asked me to wait another 2 days.Then after 2 days he said that he cannot find any driver and if I want I could cancell.Up set and paid for another 2 days of hotel fee( since I already moved) i said to cancell and process my refund.He emailed me that it will be processed in 7-10 business days. Then I got an email after multiple phone calls that it is processed and will be available to my account in 24-48 hours. Since the money was not refunded, I called my credit card company and disputed it. Thaen I called better business beauro.Then I got an email that he will not refund me the money because I disputed the money with credit card company. When I called him to ask why he will not ,he told me if i call again it will be considered harrassment.So now I am filing a lawsuite aganist this guy and company.Please join me with any help from you guys.I can be reached at bijumluke@hotmail.com. or cAN BE called at 2812614845.
