The worst company I have ever experienced in my entire life at the age of 28 years old! What a lying and fraud company. My car was scheduled for pickup, they never called. I finally called them one day until the pick up date, they told me there wasn't any more carriers to be able to take my car, they blamed it on the carrier. I told them I had this assigned way in advance, Gina basically told me "tuff" that wasn't thier problem. To make is short, I had then asked if I at least got my deposit back and she said that I would. I never did, they refuse to give it back. I reported them to the better business bureau and they lied to them saying that they did have a carrier for my car and that I am not getting the deposit back. They lie so much they forget things because I still have a saved e-mail from the general manager saying that I would receive the deposit back but even so, I still have not and this was back in April 2007 and it is now August 2007. The worst costomer service experience I have ever dealt with period. It is pretty scary when a company actually makes things up and lies even over a deposit of $125.00. WATCH OUT, PLEASE DON"T CONSIDER THIER SERVICES!!!
