unauthorized charge, twice!

Like others here, I made a $129.00 deposit on a $475 bid, balance to be paid to driver upon delivery, using Mastercard (thank heaven). On july 28, 2008. I was promised pickup/delivery within 2 weeks. A month passes, nothing has been done. I call and they tell me that they need another $300 for the service. I told them I'd just pick it up myself and I was told I would have a refund within 24-48 hrs. I didn't believe them so I called my card issuer and filed a complaint. Two weeks later, another charge was made on my card for the same amount, but no refund was issued. I called my card issuer (WAMU) and filed a complaint. Today I tried to call Carmoversusa and the phone has been disconnected.. go figger.
It appears that the additional charges on our accounts wasn't an accident. I hope they get prosecuted and pay their dues.
