Terrible - DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE

The customer service that I received from Juan Carlos was deceptive. Although he seemed willing to answer my questions and be friendly, he really provided me with terrible service XXXmy car was picked up and delivered late, and I was berated by another customer service agent at the company for asking for more details about when exactly my car was going to be picked up, and Juan Carlos really never knew anything about the pick up and delivery process/dates. Because my car was picked up late (and therefore delivered late), I had to rent a car for almost a week, which cost me another $450. Finally, I was charged a SECOND TIME on my credit card almost three months after my car was delivered/paid for. I am STILL resolving this situation with the company (three weeks after the fraudulent charge on my credit card).

I wish I had read these reviews beforehand, and I wish I never used this service.
