Try ran my card again

I had trouble right from the start with these people. They wanted $149 up front, which I had no problem with. Then they ran my card 3 times for that amount. After fighting with them for a while I finally got 2 of those charges take off, and the overdraft that it caused on my account removed. They did an excellent job moving my car, we paid them the rest of the money, and I thought all was said and done. That was early July. Then about 2 weeks ago, we found 2 more pending charges for $149, from them on our account. The explaination they gave us was that they have customers that deal with them on a regular basis, they bill them monthly, and that our my name somehow ended up on that list. They said they would remove they charges. One charge we removed, but the other one is still on our account. I am disputing it through my bank, but the bank is required to give them 30 days to pay it back. I will get this straightened out one way or another, but what a hassel.
