Wow- I spoke with Juan Carlos this morning regarding his company's quote. I had questions for them which he answered with almost complete irriration and impatience in his voice.
He refused to take any responsibility for whether a driver showed up on pickup date - "how can I possibly control if the truck breaks down?" How about - send another truck to honor the service contract!!!!
He refused to take any responsibility for damage done to my car, unless the driver was solely responsible. His example - "if a kid throws a rock off an overpass and smashes my window, that's not our problem." How about - we'll return your car in the condition we picked it up, or we'll cover the damage!!!
If I ran my business the ways these people approach theirs, I'd be out of business in 24 hours. Unbelievable.
