INSULTING, RUDE, ARROGENT, DISHONEST= Anthony

I originally gave my Credit card info after being pressured by Juan-Carlos who told me it was Friday and he needed to get the info in before the end of the week IF he was going to be able to help April 4th. After I read the reviews online, I cancelled before Monday (April 6th) morning with two emails stating that I gave no authorization to charge my card. They told me they had cancelled my order and that they had passed my info on to customer service. That exact same day, my card was charged the $125. I the received a call from customer service (Matt) who told me they would refund my card..... It is now May 5th and there has been NO REFUND. I called and spoke to Anthony who hung up on me when I asked when Matt would be back. I called back and Anthony claimed to be the "Boss", he told me I could not speak to Matt the following are direct quotes: "yeah I hung up on you cause I don't like you", "maybe I laid Matt off", "go read more reviews on the internet, go live your life believing everything you read online", "it's $125, get over it", "I don't make enough money to deal with people like you". I was promised a full refund with a confirmation number from visa via email, I just wanted to know when I could expect it. I honestly hope they didn't fire Matt, he was the nicest person there. Anthony was rude, aggressive and extremely disrespectful. Anthony should be the one laid off.
