What a joke. Don’t use these guys

Liz,
since you are too much of a coward to answer my phone calls or call me back I hope you read this. I found this company from using google and it looked like an o.k. company. Boy was I wrong. The website did look like someone drew it with a crayon but the people were soooo nice. Liz called me back within minutes of leaving a message. Boy she was quick to get my credit card number and assured me that she did this all the time. She said that she was not like other shippers and that she would be my contact the whole time and that I could call her at anytime to get an update on my car. I was shipping two cars with her. She called me within minutes and told me that my car would be picked up on Friday and I will have it Saturday. (This was on a Thursday) I called the driver and he said maybe the next Tuesday and that he would get back with me. She told me that the car I was shipping out would be picked up on Monday. I called her Friday, Monday, Tuesday etc. No call back. On Monday morning, I called the main number and spoke to customer service. What a joke, the guy was very rude. He told me that my car was pickup up and I should have it Tueday. I told him that the car had not been picked up yet and he got an attitude with me and said he will call me back.Never got a call back. Later that evening, I called and got the same guy on the phone. He said “diddnt u call me earlier” I said yes, I have a $40,000.00 car I just bought and I want to know what the status is? He said he will call me back asap. He told me that the car #2 that I was having shipped was not even scheduled for picked. Liz told me it would be picked up Monday. I told him to cancel the order on car#2. He got rude and hung up on me. I never heard from him. You guys can deal with my credit card company on this one. You guys wont be around much longer. Its people like these guys that give the good transporters a bad name. Just remember that God does not sleep.
