This company is a fraud. I made an appointment 5 weeks in advance for a thurs/fri pickup. They confirmed the pickup date and stated they would call to let me know when they were on the way. Fri morning i made multiple calls to try to find out when they were going to show up. After leaving multiple messages and not being called back, we were finally able to talk to Maria, and she was EXTREMLY rude and then hung up on us, twice! Then I finally got ahold of Liz to talk about a refund and to let her know how we were being treated by Maria and the rest of the liars at the home office. Liz told me that a lot of customers complain to her about Maria and that she was going to "look out for me" and talk to the owner about me getting a deposit refund because the missed pickup was their fault. She obviously is in on the scam too, because she did absolutely nothing.
I finally got to talk to the condescending owner and after trying to get him to admit that customer satisfaction is a very low priorty to him, he stated that even though my pickup was cancelled, i was not able to get a refund of my deposit because they had rescheduled (Liz made a new appointment with another trucking company (supposedly) while I was on the phone with the rude owner) and i was told that i was S.O.L. I made it clear i wanted to cancel the order once the original pickup was cancelled by CM USA, but the owner told me it was too late becasue of this shady "rescheduling" that had mysteriously happened while i was on the phone with him. They then waited 2 weeks to charge my credit card. They get paid no matter what, whether you get your car picked up or not; so they probably make a good living out of stealing from customers $175.00 at a time.
Think about it, the Home office is in the midwest, Liar-Liz is in North Carolina and the fax machine you fax your contract to is in Florida. I should have seen the warning signs and stayed away, but i got suckered in, make sure you don't. Everything everyone, including Liz, said they were going to do was a lie.
