This company is staffed with the ruddest people I have ever had the misfortune of trying to do business with!!
After I signed a contract with Liz it was the beginning of the nightmare. I was promised pickup within 3 to 5 days. After the 5 days came and went Liz then informed me that since my vehicle was going to Idaho they were not getting "takers" to haul my truck. Afterward I made several calls that went unreturned. I made another call and entered the extention for the "sales manager" and spoke with Anthony. What a sad individual!! He promptly told me try to find another hauler! When I did and called back to cancel Anthony asked if I had found another company. When I said yes and wanted to cancel my contract he wanted to belittle me and said that he did not believe me (by now I could care less) and that I could not find another company. What a bunch of losers!!! If I treated my customers like this I would be out of business!
