ABSOLUTELY NEVER USE THIS COMPANY

We contacted this company nearly 3 weeks ago to transport a vehicle for us during our move. They were friendly and matt gave us his cell phone for convenience. We were promiced that a vehicle would come to pick up our car on the scheduled date (Jan 28, 08). That day came and went and so did the next day. On the third day (Jan 30, 08) we were informed that there still was not a truck and it could be another couple of days. They get you in the beginning with a good price and being friendly. But when you start making calls about legitimate contract issues they start screening your call and ignore them. i made phone calls for 5 days before someone finally called me back. And then the manner in which they deal with you is absolutely terrible. They were extremely rude, and made me out to be the bad guy even though they were not living up to the service that we agreed (and I paid) upon.
I would never recommend this company to anyone. i can only hope that you are searching this page BEFORE you consider doing business with them - because if it's after, then you will end up just like me: my money fraudulently taken, no service performed, and in a bind to actually make secondary arrangements.
