Reeled me in by giving me a low quote, then making me wait 2 weeks even after being put on the "high priority list" until finally they found a hauler, but one that would cost me $125 more. So, my car will be picked up on week 3, and will be delivered to me on week 4. That's about three weeks after I expected it.
Customer service is terrible. Can never reach a real person, can only leave a voicemail and pray that they call you back.
