After being promised 5 days that my vehicle would be picked up the next day, I finally canceled my order. I received an email that stated I would receive a refund of my deposit within 5-10 business days. It has been over 15 days and still no refund. I contacted Carmovers and was told that they would get it refunded immediately, still have not seen it. That was 5 days ago. These people or horrible. You have been warned.
