I set up a move from California to Georgia in late April 2007. Unfortunately, I didn't know about this website until after I signed the contract. Immediately after reading the bad reviews on Car Movers USA, I canceled my contract. I received an email from Anthony N. stating that I would receive a full refund of my $250 deposit in 5 to 10 days. Well, that never happened. So I filed a complaint with my credit card company and they said the contract had been fulfilled, which is not true. Car Movers told the credit card company that they had dispatched a carrier and some other nonsense, so their end of the bargain was complete (Whatever!).
I never received any replies to calls or emails from Car Movers USA when trying to investigate why my deposit had not been refunded, as stated it would be.

I will be filing a complaint with the BBB and will be seeking further action.
