The customer service was great; but, they should talk with the truth and let the customer know that they don't know exactly the time and the day that the car it's gonna be picked up and they shouldn't collect the down payment until the car it's been picked up. Other than that; just the inconformity of not knowin when the driver it's gonna pick up the car and if he's gonna be on time; cause I need to go to work and I can't miss work, etc, etc, etc.
