quote was for $650. $150 was charged to charge card upon confirmation of order AFTER verbally confirming by phone that price of $650 was "written in stone". when carrier was within 3 hours of delivery i was informed that the c.o.d. balance was $550 instead of $500 per the contract. upon delivery i was shown the dispatch sheet showing a c.o.d balance of $550 which was paid in order to get the vehicle unloaded. i called brad thomas the following day and requested a refund of $50 to my credit card and he turned me over to another party who listened to my complaint and stated that he would get back with me, which never happened. several days later an email was sent to brad requesting the $50 refund....no response has been recieved. i am presently in the process of filing complaints with the bbb in florida, the florida attorney general's office, and the new york state attorney general's office.(interestingly, the florida bbb shows numerous complaints on their website that are unsettled because this company is "no longer in business" at the address listed on the website...hiding from someone??)
