This is the worst company I have EVER dealt with. They are unprofessional and unethical. I needed a car picked up from Arizona to Miami. I read all sort of Reviews but they were cheap so I decided to contact them regardless of the terrible reviews they had…..which I regret every day. I don’t know how this company is operating with their bad business.
The owner assured me every week for a month that the car was going to be picked up. Well the car was never picked up and I called another company (Auto Central Transport) who picked up the car in less than a week….talk about fast and professional service. I had the car here in a week and a half compared to the month and a half that I was waiting for. So since the car was already on its way I called Capital transport and they assured me that my deposit will be refunded…..well was over 4 months to get that deposit back. When I call they either leave me on hold to only pick up and hang up on me fast. They transfer me to voicemail directly or they have also picked up and sent me to voicemail. Their finance/accounting department is a joke Its always the same person answering the phones and the same person saying that she can’t help me since she is “only the secretary’ so she transfers me to the accounting department. When I get pissed off and call them screaming they change the story and tell me that the accounting department is either out to lunch or in a meeting. I will spend an entire day calling every hour and I will never get a hold of anyone. When someone finally answered the phone they told me that the check was in the mail. I waiting 2 weeks for that check and it never came so I decided to show up. Let me say that the whole company IS a joke…..there’s 4 people working there which I assume 2 are the accounting department, the other two are the assistants/ secretaries. I walked in and within 1 minute I was out the door with a check in my hand made out to CASH. Worst company ever!!!!! BEWARE!
