Fraudulent Company -AVOID-

I arranged to have a vehicle shipped from Maine in mid June 2012. Capital charged my credit card on 17 June and I still had not heard from any shippers. Ivan Peterson would not return my calls and would not answer my emails. I became uncomfortable with the professionalism of the company and officially cancelled my order on 18 June 2012. I emailed the Ivan Peterson and Jessica Simmons exactly as directed on the Capital Contract. Weeks later I still had not received any email from Jessica or Ivan so I started calling. It took several tries to get Jessica on the phone, she claimed the cancelation email was not received until 25 June 2012 because the company was too busy to check their email. She assured me I would be refunded within the 30 days as promised in the contract. After 25 August 2012 still no refund was received. I called Jessica again and she said they were very busy and the check would surely arrive by 7 Sept 2012. In is now 8 Sept 2012 and the refund still has not arrived as promised and as outlined in the contract. Capital has not complied with their contract and to date has "robbed" me of $129.95

This company has proved they will not answer email. They will not return phone calls. And they will not refund their customers. This Company is a FRAUD, avoid at all cost.

If you need to ship your car, look for a local auto shipper and call them directly. My car was shipped within days and the cost was only a bit more than what Capital quoted.

I welcome anyone from Capital to contact me, but I doubt you will.
