No Refund and No Customer Service!!!!!!!!!

Bottom line, Stay away from this company. They hook you with a low-ball bid (first red flag). Once they had my money, not another word was heard from them. According to the contract, they would contact you the day before the schedule pick. Well the day came and when without any contact. After contacting them, two more days go by and nothing. After several phone calls no info on the pickup, I cancelled. I sent emails, no response. No communication of any type from them. Called about refund and was promissed it would be personally taken care of by the lady in accounting(twice). NOTHING. Finally I just turned the claim over the my credit card company. I will wait for a response from Capitol Transport but I doubt it will come like my money. Yes that is a challenge to you!

We regret that we were unabable to serve our customer on a timely manner hence his requirements were extremely time sensitive and it created considerable restraints and restrictions to the carriers that were available to serve the route as we quoted him....And as to Money....we have received confirmation through our merchant the he was credited//refunded for his initial payment...
