I scheduled the pick up of my car 2 weeks prior to the date in which I needed it picked up for delivery. I spoke with "Alex" who I am not sure really exists and informed him that I needed the car delivered over the course of a week time period. I told him that the car could be picked up based upon thier schedule so long as it got to the desintiation when needed. He determined the pick up and assured me it would not be a problem. The person responsible for taking my calls was beyond rude and kept pushing me off. When I got firm with her she became very nasty and did nothing but give me the same execuses over and over. I have shipped many cars and realize the shipping compnaies for the most part use all the same trucks, but the customer service of Capial was horrible. I would not recommend them.
