I was pleased overall with both your company and the carrier. The car was very dirty once it arrived and it was explained to me that one of the pannels tore away from the truck as they passed through Texas. Cj (the driver) compensated me with money for a car wash which took care of the problem. The car was delivered in tact and the driver was professional with all of our interactions. I will use this company again, all fees were explained to me up front with nohidden charges. I must admit it that it was very uneasy releasing my wife's Mercedes to a perfect stranger and watching him drive away with it. It should be much easier with my daughters 93 accord :0).
