This review is totally voluntary and I was not offered anything for a good rating / review of their performance. I actually did a google search for transport companies just to get an idea of what it would cost to have a vehicle I purchased from Lincoln Park Mi to Baltimore Md. Capital Auto Transport was one of many that offered their services. I actually went with another carrier by the name of Direct Express Auto Transport. They sucked terribly. Didnt explain anything, no contact or confirmation email and to top it off they let my vehicle sit on the dealer lot for a week just to feed me some bs about not having enough vehicles coming out of MI to justify shipping my vehicle at the time. Keep in mind that they alread had a 150.00 deposit. I contacted Andy over at CAT and he was and is Awesome. He explained everthing to me from start to finish, didnt want any money up front. He answered emails quickly and proved to be a man of his word. If he said it was going to get done, it got done. He had my new Lincoln Aviator to me in 3 days from the time I made the initial call to the time it arrived, just 3 short days. How awsome was that. I received the information by email which included all the relevent details and he even offered the driver's cell phone number. Speaking of which the driver's name was Dimitrus and he was equally awesome. He called me directly and lept me informed. He arrived at my residence and although he couldnt park due to not having a space to accomodate his truck, he managed to park just a block or two from my home and I met him there. He greeted me with a handshake and a smile and complimented me on how pretty my new aviator was. He walked me through the process as we checked out the vehicle. I sighed the invoice and he backed the aviator down and I was on my way. I love those guys over at CAT thanks Andy.
