I can tell you from my experience that Andy and Cat are there 100% for their customers. They operate with integrity. They treat their customers honestly and run a fair-minded business. They were with me from start to completion – every step of way. I used them on two transports (NJ to Florida, and Florida back to NJ). Yes, they do answer their telephone and respond to e-mails in a timely manner! They follow-up on details and follow-through. A word of caution: Choosing a broker to arrange the transport of your vehicle should take careful thought and much investigation. Entrusting such a valuable possession of yours; as your vehicle, into the hands of a virtual stranger for transport across state lines is a risky venture. Read the transport reviews out there. Choose a company with proven customer satisfaction. I highly recommend Andy and Cat as Auto Transport brokers.
