CAT was very responsive and they were able to get a carrier to transport the car from Texas to Florida in one day. They picked it up a day early which was great for me (which i guess could be bad for some people). They were transferring a Lexus IS-F and I rec'd it with no damage (just dirty from open carrier). I would recommend them.
