EXCELLENT!EXCELLENT!!EXCELLENT!!! PEOPLE, if you need your auto transported, Capitol Auto Transport is the BEST! I never had the experienced of transporting a vehicle - Capitol Auto Transport explained the ins and outs and made my experienced a HEAVEN SENT. I spoke to Andy on Thurs, 5/13/10...I needed my son's Mazda RX7 picked up from Chester, SC (no where land) by Fri, 5/21/10 and delivered to him@ Tinker AFB, OK. MONDAY, 5/17/10, Andy had the carrier's name (Raymond), ACCREDITED CREDENTIALS & cell phone #, ready for pick-up on Wed, 5/19/10, (2 DAYS EARLY) AND he was willing to do a 3-way call w/my son in OK. The Mazda was delivered to my son in 2 - TWO DAYS. During our wait, Cat followed-up (very pleasant), while Raymond the carrier stayed in touch w/my son. Dakota (also pleasant) followed-up again after everything was done. THIS IS WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ALL ABOUT! :) My quote was $660.00 and stayed at $660.00 and NO MONEY UP FRONT I repeat NO MONEY UP-FRONT, NO HASSLES, EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE, PROMPT PICK-UP and DELIVERY!! PEOPLE, if you didn't get the message, I'll say it again. CAPITOL AUTO TRANSPORT IS OUTSTANDING!!! And, if you're wondering, No, I did not get paid to write this review, and I am not an employee or family member of anyone at Capitol Auto Transport, just a very pleased customer. Liz D.
