Needed to transport a car from TN to CA - had no prior experience doing this. Mike Dakota and the folks at Capital Auto Transport took the time to explain the process in detail, and answered all questions that we had. The car pick-up and delivery were as advertised. The firm that actually moved the car was very professional and friendly. The car was delivered on time without a scratch. It was a pleasant experience!
