This was my first time shipping a car, and I had heard and read lots of horror stories online about other carriers. I saw Capitol was highly rated here, and called at about 5:30pm. Dakota got right back to me with a quote, and was extremely clear with how the process works, who the players are etc. I booked them on the spot. Coordinating the pickup and dropoff rendevous were simple, as was the payment. I highly recommend them, and would certainly call them again.
