I decided to call Capitol first because of their detailed explanation of how the auto transportation industry works on their website. Cat answered all my questions so I authorized them to get me a spot on a carrier asap. Cat called back within 30min (!) with a verbal confirmation, then immediately sent me all carrier info as promised. My car was picked up the very next day (!). The truck driver was very professional and maintained constant communication with me prior to pick-up. The car was delivered on-time, in the exact same condition it was picked up, in five working days, well within the delivery estimate. These guys are sure to get my repeat business!
