When you search online to have a vehicle transported, you end up with a bevvy of emails and calls. At least 20, I think. It is hard to process all of the information, do the research, know what you are getting into and who you can trust. One of the many calls was Andy from Capital Auto. His call stands out not just because of the nice accent, but of the total honesty and information he gave me and his availability to answer any questions I had at any time of day or evening and the return calls I received in a timely manner. Even when I initially did not go with him - I went with another company because it was maybe $150 cheaper - he STILL helped me out and told me that he would be there for me if anything happened and what I could and should expect. Sure enough, the other company kept making excuses, the line was busy, no one answered and it was 2 days before my supposed pick up. I was anxious and furious! Here I am supposed to be traveling 3000 miles and what am I supposed to do? We have to be out of the house, there is no where to leave my car... I called Andy. He got my truck picked up with 24 hours notice - he had a guy in the area that he has used for 10 years. I only ended up paying $50 more than the original price of the incompetent liars that I had originally gone with. Andy has even followed up with me to make sure that we reached out destination safely and that everything went well. I canceled with the company I originally picked - told them what I thought of them - and I do not mince words! Andy and Cat will be my go- to people anytime I have a vehicle that needs to be transported. Being in the military, they will definitely get repeat business. I personally recommend them to anyone who needs vehicle transport. And when I ever get to Miami, I am buying them a thank you beer!
