I was extremely plesed by every aspect of Capitol Auto Transport. They are honest, competively priced and have a high rating for a reason. Tlhey remained in contact with me throughout the entire process. I was kept informed on a regular basis. In comparing them to other car transporters I found out of their high rating and they definitely earn it. Despite rain causing flooding in Houston and it delaying the car from being picked up on the promised date the car arrived early. The driver was extremely helpful and amazingly knowledgeable about the exotic car I purchased. The owner of the business, Andy, even called me to ensure that if there was any problem he would immediately help. I called Mark Feil a lot and it was never a problem he was always helpful and kept me informed. I found there transport price very competitive and it was great knowing that if you paid a deposit that they guaranteed the car would be delived. This is something other car carriers would not bother to explain (ie. that they could keep your deposit if a driver refused to transport the car because the auto transporter had priced it too low).
