I requested a quote from Capitol and was contacted by their guys via phone not long after I filled out the form. The rep walked me through the process and was very straightforward and honest the whole time.
After I'd received a quote, I actually modified the order (requested that another vehicle be shipped at the same time) and, to my surprise, they took it in stride and within an hour I had a new quote for shipping the two vehicles. No problems whatsoever with the process; I would definitely recommend them.
