I want to thank Cat K (Capital Auto Transport) and "Bo" (the driver for B&L Transportation) for the outstanding service provided. I have never shipped a vehicle before, and I was somewhat nervous about the process. They not only thoroughly explained in detail the entire process, and provided me with updates during the week, but they also proved that one can still receive excellent service today for a fair price. My Suzuki Vitara was picked up this past Monday at my residence in Southern California and delivered to my son in excellent condition early this evening (Friday) in Northern Virginia.
