Overall, I would give a high rating to the transport. I called and, they came to pick up the car the following day. The only thing that needs to be improved is how dirty the car was when it arrived. I'm not talking about the exterior, as I know cars will get dirty during transport. But, the driver side floor was muddy as the driver of the truck delivering my car had shoes that had mud on them. It might benefits to spend a few cents, like it is done at dealers, to just provide a cheap paper floor mat for the driver side. I will add that once I got the car washed and I vacuumed the floor mats, the car was in pristine condition and, in the end, that's what mattered. My "baby" was just fine after the wash!
