This was my first experience in dealing with someone other that a local towing company to have a vehicle transported over a longer distance so I was evaluating all of the offers carefully before deciding which carrier/broker to work with. I had received 10 -15 quotes and Capitol's was not the lowest but was certainly in the lower third. I was impressed with the amount of information they provided on the process and their representative Vic was very helpful and concerned that the whole process was understood and would go well. I chose Capitol as a result of that. The vehicle was picked up on the second regular business day after the first available date in the early evening and was delivered to my home by 10:00am the following day as it's only a three hour trip. the pickup was by car carrier and the delivery was on a flatbed so the vehicle was transferred locally before delivery. The drivers at both ends were experienced an professional and there was no damage whatsoever to the vehicle. Altogether a good experience and I will certainly go to Capitol again if the situation arises where I need to have another vehicle transported.
