This was my first experience with shipping a vehicle and I must say that in the future if the need arises to ship another vehicle I will contact Capitol. I found the service to be very quick and professional. A major plus would be in terms of communication, I was kept informed of when my vehicle would be picked up and dropped off and any questions that I had were quick to be answered. They worked very well with accomodating my personal schedule in terms of pick up and drop off. My car is a convertible and they made sure it was loaded and traveled on the top of the carrier the entire trip to avoid damage from potential fluid leaks from other vehicles. I would highly recommend Capitol to anyone.
