Hello. For first time auto shippers this process if very scary! My husband and I shipped our 2001 Honda accord from Denver, CO to Ellicott City, MD. We were very nervous but everything worked out great on time and no damage! You get blasted with emails and phone calls from many transporters. Capitol Auto was really the only one at the time that didn't have any bad reviews so we talked with them and Andy answered all our questions. They used the carrier Dealers Choice which I was a little sceptical about since I couldn't find anything on the internet about them but everything worked out great. Our driver was Tony Campbell and when we couldn't get him directly he returned our phone calls the same day. He was a few hours late but called to let us know. He worked with us on the day he delivered our car because we were also driving from Denver to Ellicott City so we weren't sure the time and day we would get to the destination. We were supposed to meet on Monday but got there sunday evening. Tony meet with us that sunday. I would use both companies again. Thanks Capitol Auto and Dealers Choice.
