This was my first time shipping a vehicle and I was nervous to say the least. After doing a lot of research I was even more skeptical, but contacted a few companies anyway because I had a brand new car and a 2000 mile move. Dakota at Capitol Auto Transport stood out. He was professional, patient, attentive and kind. New Mexico to Florida is not a common route and waiting for a carrier was the most difficult part of the experience for me. Dakota quickly responded to every email and call and assured me he would find the right carrier. He absolutely did. A great carrier came along who picked up my car at the agreed on location and time and delivered it to my new home just a few days later. My car was with the same driver and truck the entire route. Other than dust from the road, my car arrived in perfect condition. I am very pleased with my experience and would definitely use Capitol Auto Transport again.
