Cat was extremely helpful throughout the process. She won my business from the start by explaining the entire process and then staying true to her words once I agreed to go with CAT. CAT is a Veteran-friendly business! I appreciate Cat's willingness to adjust her fee because of my status as a Veteran....much appreciated! Although the truck was one day late on the pickup, the carrier made the estimated delivery. The carrier was extremely courteous and knew his business! Overall, the experience was top notch and I'd would definitely use CAT again!!!
