Capitol was awesome Andy kept me updated throughout the whole process. Phone calls and e-mails were answered promptly. My car was however damaged (a few scratches on the roof) but this was not capitol's fault it was the driver. The driver was very nasty and rude and late geting my car to me. Correction had to go get my car from him. When I called Andy and told him about the whole issue (scratches, going to go ge the car, rudeness) he took care of the situation and called the trucking company; Imperia Auto transporter. Because Andy gave great customer service I would use capitol again hower do not use Imperia Auto Transporter...this is the trucking company.
