I had a carrier scheduled on the day that I requested but was called 4 days beforehand and told one of the pick up appointments had backed out and so did the driver. (due to my location in N. Michigan) Capital did, however, contact a driver who lived near me and was going to Florida the next day. My car was going to be in the shop in the A.M. could he wait until about 2PM? As it turned out he could and all worked out in the end. A friend picked up my car in FL and there were no scratches to be found. The price was great too, just before the big gas hikes I think. Great job Kat & Andy!
