Andy was very helpful and honest about the transport business. Though the pickup was late, delivery was early. Driver very nice, car a bit on the dirty side, but that would be expected in open transport across the country! What I liked was that Andy worked hard to get a carrier to an obscure section of Kentucky and get the car moved quickly. Because my car was so long, it could not be moved forward or above the rack, so there was an oil stain on the hood from the car above, that I wasn't so happy about. But I managed to get it out with some thinner and rubbing compound. I would not hesitate to use Andy again, great service is much appreciated especially after so many half-hearted attempts at service from other carriers.

Transport price was in the middle; if one gets low-balled in an estimate from another carrier, often your car will never get picked up. Any is realistic about this.
