Andy, the "English Chap", was a pleasure to work with! He honored the price from the original quote (unlike everyone else I contacted who tried to bump their prices up by $100-$300!!!). Not only that, he cut his broker's fee and put the difference onto the trucker's take, so that the listing would be picked up sooner, because he knew I was eager to get my car delivered. Andy listed by request at about 2:30 p.m. and the dealer texted me at 5:35 p.m. to tell me my car was loaded on the truck and gone that same day (Friday)! The trucker called me on Monday and told me he would deliver my car on Tuesday morning (the estimate had been for Wednesday, so it was a day early). It was so easy, and my car was delivered very dirty from the bad weather, but in perfect condition. Everyone else told me it would take 5-7 days because there were too many requests for the NE to Florida route unless I was willing to pay more. Andy really helped me out by cutting his broker's fee and I felt confident that he had checked out the trucker's record and insurance. I would definitely use this company again. The only thing they could improve on is having more people to answer the phone. I always got the answering machine, but Andy was quick to respond to messages. However, try not to get turned off by that, and DO leave a message. You won't regret it!
