Capital Auto Transport did an amazing job transporting my classic Jeep CJ7 for a auto sale. I sold an open top Jeep CJ7 in great condition and was ready to drive it to the purchaser myself since I had concerns about delivery. Andrew at Capital Auto Transport completely assured me that a more expensive closed transport was unnecessary (saving me cost) and that ultimate care would be given to my vehicle. Andrew's excellent customer service was above and beyond after the first transport was unable to load this lifted vehicle on the first pickup date. He was able to arrange another transport the very next day and for the same original price quoted - outstanding! The driver was friendly, professional, and more than on time, showing up early for the pickup which allowed me to complete the transaction sooner than expected. The delivery was on time and a courtesy call ahead of the delivery time allowed the recipient to greet the driver at the correct time. What a fantastic experience that shows what true exceptional customer service is while still maintaining value pricing and reliable, confident delivery.
