This was our first time to transport our cars and we were nervous. Janet put me at ease and guided me through the entire process. She also supplied me with her cell phone number so I could reach her at any time with any questions. I did call her several times and she always answered my questions professionally and with such patience. The mover they chose for us was very nice, courteous, and he also kept in touch with us along the way so we were aware of the status of our cars. The cars arrived with no damages and in a timely manner. I would use Capital Transport again in the future for transporting our vehicles. They are a great company and all have excellent customer service.
