I chose Capitol Auto Transport after talking with Janet Bruce. My initial online inquiry into transporting my daughter's car resulted in a flurry of return phone calls and emails from multiple companies. Janet's call stood out from all the others. She described what to expect from her company, and then cautioned me to look out for red flags in the auto transport industry (like a request for payment up front), whether or not I used Capitol Auto Transport. Janet distinguished herself from her competitors with her professional, ethical, helpful, and friendly approach. Glad I had a chance to work with her!
